AI in c#


i'm creating speech recognition program uses 'case' statements in order hear commands. how make ai (or if know sample) don't have full sentece,only word in full sentence like 

case "i open facebook":
program going listen, in sentence 'open' , 'facebook'. , how make ai based on 'case' statements in speech recognition?!
