it seems error has been lurking in vs since version 2008. since , vs has gone through many versions: 2008, 2010 2012, 2013, 2014,2015. think microsoft should have come solution problem now. has not.

many of machines getting tis error probably running older versions of vs in parallel with newer versions. reason failure might because older version of dll or static library might incompatible newer version of compiler , has not been modified. 

the large negative value hex value c00000005: access violation.
