Issue with Encoder Pipeline Component for convert Xml to Excel


hi expert,

i work through following article not luck,

reason: creating instance of com component clsid {00024500-0000-0000-c000-000000000046} 
from iclassfactory failed due following error: 8001010a message filter indicated application busy. 
(exception hresult: 0x8001010a (rpc_e_servercall_retrylater)).      please support me fix it,    advance.

i'm not sure reason? but

i deploy project pc , received other error is

"reason: exception hresult: 0x800a03ec"

i resolve above error this:

create directory "desktop" inside directory "c:\windows\syswow64\config\systemprofile\".
eg: "c:\windows\syswow64\config\systemprofile\desktop" (for 64 bit windows)
      "c:\windows\system32\config\systemprofile\desktop" (for 32 bit windows)
note: set full control permissions directory desktop (for user "system")

now, error fixed, work fine in new pc.

Trying to register with public marketplace error with 'Get-AzureStackStampInformation'
