Problem with .Net and SpamFighter


can me issue. have anti spam tool. has iis based admin tool. worked fine until disk had problem, ran chkdsk / f , os booted again ok error every time try run thier utility. i've tried re-install .net 1.1.4322.2300 installer says it's installed , aborts , don't know how repair or force re-install, can me this?
