How to read write a or offset hex byte .exe runtime loader


i trying patch hex byte following offset or rva , 

suppose

suppose simple example

a exe inside il code ldc.i4.0 => offsert => 0x1234 hexbyte 0x16 runtime patch that ldc.i4.1 => offsert => 0x1234 hexbyte 0x17  

like multi offset want change run time. can please give propersoultion .
