How to get named item which has multiple ranges in Excel/Excel Online using Office Add-in

i`m aware can access named item has 1 range.

can please let know how named item has multiple ranges in excel/excel online using office add-in  ?

as far know, office add-in doesn't support name items have multiple range. similar feature raised others. if want office add-in support feature, can vote here.
