https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-stack/azure-stack-register

, error while running command add-azsregistration
system.management.automation.remoteexception: term 'new-azurebridgeserviceprincipal' not recognized name of cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. check spelling of name, or if path included, verify path correct , try again.

hi

just update above, think have been able resolve registration issue asdk deployment.

looking @ github history, there appears have been recent changes registration process. documentation specified running `registerwithazure.ps1` mentions importing `registerwithazure.psm1` , running `add-azsregistration`.

since downloaded adsk , created cloudbuilder.vhdx file 2 weeks ago, suspect maybe these changes not included in version have. may reason `new-azurebridgeserviceprincipal` cmdlet missing my azs-ercs01 node per error above.

i thought therefore try register using old registration method, , appears have registered , have been able access content marketplace.  command ran follows: -

registerwithazure.ps1 -azuresubscriptionid "yourid" -azuredirectorytenantname "yourdirectory" -azureaccountid youraccountname

i had script had downloaded older version of the azurestack-tools contained copy of script in registration folder.

i not sure if resolve issue you cichy201 and carsten barth, may worth looking , determining when downloaded asdk , created cloudbuilder.vhdx file.

regards

geoff
