How Do You set permission to be able to use the Live Tiles app on a Public Facing SharePoint - O365 Online Site?

i using live tile app on sharepoint o365 online site. works fantastically.

it works famously , can see fine if access https:// not render if accessing page http:// have set sharepoint group of visitors security able view still not show. know how open public facing view. step step instructions sharepoint online / o365 site deperately needed or guidance on can find appreciated! -- ... tone' http://equalityitsolutions.com
