File picked up by BizTalk FTP adapter before it is completly written


hi all,

we losing data because of biztalk ftp adapter picks file before written host application, mentioned known issue in msdn. using biztalk 2010

workaround suggesting make host application move file ftp folder local drive , not directly writing ftp folder. host app writting file, in real world dont have control on it.

we thought of using c# check timestamp , rename file particular extension, biztalk ftp retrieve file extension only. in case need supply userid , password c# code connect ftp, client want use sso in c#.

my questions

i) is there better way address problem ? or                                                                           ii) there way user id , password sso used in c# code ?


have tried changing property "enable timestamp comparision = yes" on ftp adapter property. if in c# checking timestamp, ftp adapter can using property.

job syspolicy_purge_history job fail in sqlserver 2008
