System Failure on Windows 2003


hello have windows server 2003 , today first time got evil blue screen of memory dump.  have sql server 2005 on server can loose data.  when rebooted , looked @ system logs here found

the reason supplied user local\administrator last unexpected shutdown of computer is: other failure: system unresponsive

please post in windows server forum, able assist better response. may ask memory dumps, since blue screen due memory issue.
