.net CORE 1.0 won't install on VS 2015 w/Update 3


just updated vs 2015 update 3. completed successfully. tried install .net core 1.0.0, failed, saying update 3 didn't appear finish , repair it.  if rerun update 3, there not repair option , install looks fine me.

the last 2 lines of core log file this:

i able install running skip_vsu_check parameter 
dotnetcore.1.0.0-vs2015tools.preview2.exe skip_vsu_check=1
