Cannot Login to sandbox URL


hi! 

i signed adcenter api , sent these credentials:

your api credentials the sandbox environment:

·         user name: api_sbx_myaccount

·         password: bi123

·         api access key: 48..cp3

 

[edited take out credentials]

 

when go url 

 

https://sandbox.adcenter.microsoft.com/

 

says:

 

the user name or password entered not match our records. please verify sign-in information, , try again.

 

shouldn't able login here?
