it seems condition you;ve specified alert incorrect (sytax error). have run same query through bam portal , got valid result. refer http://allcomputers.us/windows_server/biztalk-2010-recipes---business-activity-monitoring---setting-up-bam-alerts.aspx instructions.

hi , background: for our customer, having a  2 biztalk , 1 sql setup of environment.
