Lync 2013 Development

as support microsoft live meeting ending year, planning move microsoft lync 2013. have integrated live meeting conduct lecture sessions in 1 of our projects (a learning portal) have built universities.

live meeting api able to,
1. create , update meetings via api.
2. create user accounts , assign them meetings.
3.once user logs in our system through api request token , allow him participate in session.
4. able download recorded lectures , provide them students not participate

can achieve these things via lync api? like,
1. create conferences
2. add users conferences
3. authenticate him lync server , allow him attend meeting via lync web app
4. download recorded videos later view.

i lack knowledge in this. can please guild me on resources need go through? lot in advance.
