BizTalk reconfiguration after Machine name change

hi ,

i working on project trying biztalk 2006 r2 configured in machine.

we have created vm baselined image have biztalk 2006 r2 installed , configured. whenever user wants access vm launch vm , during startup domain registration program runs join machine domain. after have a console application which runs , reconfigures biztalk configuration new machine name.

the console application following :-

1. uncofigure biztalk.

2. delete dbs in sql.

3. alter biztalk logins in sql.

4. reconfigure biztalk.

this console application runs fine when execute when logged in administrator. when runs part of system startup, biztalk doesnot configured. sso, group parts configured.

please let me know wrong here.

yea, think needs local log on.  haven't had use registry entires since xp , kiosk work did then.  again i'd think asking in 1 of windows forums you're drifting area biztalk people won't have exposure to.
