stream connecting freezes browser


i've created silverlight mediaplayer streams video. users have complained while player connecting , buffering, browser freezes, i.e. scrollbar not work, links cannot clicked, etc. once connection made , buffering completes, browser becomes functional again them. strange thing that i have never seen issue in own browser. browser never freezes @ time in stream connection process. reported freeze issues occur ie7. that's i'm testing with. suggests me issue player version.

has run issue of browser freezing? , there suggestions cause might be/

also, how 1 test see silverlight player version have installed.

hi , background: for our customer, having a  2 biztalk , 1 sql setup of environment.
