C# Error when selecting text boxes


hello

i have problem unable work on project due features not working.

when select text box, flashes , when @ form properties don't update.

i've added little screen grab show issue.

i have uninstalled multiple times, , removed sub folders , registry etc, happens on visual studio 2013 :/

any appreciated, thanks.


is project on local c:\ drive. if not build project on c drive , see if same issue.
