How to download and install Bing Translator Control ? The Steps Given in Documentation Does not work.

i following steps mentioned @ :  http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn261775.aspx  using vs2012

{  left pane, select online , select visual studio gallery.
in search box @ top of left pane, type microsoft bing translator , hit <enter>.  }

but search not show options related bing translator ?

can advice ?
