namely ,when open ie first ip example 192.168.0.2

  , when second time open ie ip 192.168.56

your question bit out-of-topic c# language forum, isn't it? , it's not 'general discussion' question.

i'm not expert regarding home-networking, ip addresses seem belong local network, suppose behind kind of wlan router. so, obtain private/local , apparently dynamic ip addresses dhcp server, e.g. router. modifying configuration of computer , router (!) can assign static ip address machine instead of dynamic 1 obtained dhcp server (here you'll find useful information).

hi , background: for our customer, having a  2 biztalk , 1 sql setup of environment.
